Diamond package

$850 & up (full service package)

 

We oversee every detail of the planning process from start to finish, including:

 

  • Initial consultation to define your event needs and interest

  • Budget planning & tracking

  • Selecting and booking vendors and ceremony and reception location

  • Ongoing consultation and advise; ongoing coordination with vendors

  • Defining color schemes, theme, and favors

  • Advice on etiquette, protocol and timelines

  • Negotiating all contracts

  • Unlimited personal meeting in person, via phone, email, or web

  • Attending tastings, dress fittings

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination

  • Arranging transportation and lodging needs for Bridal Party and guests

  • Disseminate final payments to vendors

  • Collecting all gifts and personal items and giving to designated person

  • Up to 2 hours Rehearsal time

  • Unlimited hours of service time

  • Bridal web page

  • Oversee all décorating aspects of the wedding and reception venue

Wedding Packages

Emerald package

$500.00

 

This package is for the bride who wants to make sure all vendors have arrived and everything is set up to their specifications, but does not require a coordinator for the whole event.

 

  • Ceremony Layout

  • 2 personal meetings

  • Coordination of all vendors

  • Timeline for the day (we will provide to all vendors)

  • 2 hours of service time

  • Unlimited email consultations

  • 4 hours of phone consultation

  • Rehearsal is an addition $50.00
